A flow class for every body. Incorporating mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, this practice promotes resiliency, body awareness, self-regulation, and overall health. Improve your circulation, flexibility, and balance. In this class, we're aiming for how the pose makes you feel rather than how it looks.
YIN YOGA
Yin yoga promotes mobility, flexibility, and relaxation. All poses take place in a seated or lying down position. Yin yoga is perfect for those who are looking to improve joint health, whether you are over the age of 40 and/or are an active athlete seeking to balance your energy. In this class, you will find time to explore breathwork and meditation. In the end, you will feel more limber and relaxed.
CHILDREN'S YOGA
Through the use of music and games, children are engaged and taught all the elements of yoga - asanas, pranayama, meditation, social ethics, etc. Classes are grouped by grade and run pre-K through 8th.
